Standard Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any charges.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of Rs.100 will be applied to cover the operational costs.

No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled service without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of Rs.200 of the service value.

2. How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking

To cancel or modify your booking, please use one of the following methods:

3. Refunds

Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your booking according to the terms above, and any payment has already been made, we will process a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

4. Inclement Weather and Service Disruptions

Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or extreme temperatures), we reserve the right to reschedule your service for free. If your service is canceled due to weather conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates.

Other Service Disruptions: If we need to cancel or reschedule your service for any reason beyond your control (such as equipment failure, operational issues, or staffing constraints), we will work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is available and accessible at the scheduled time. If we cannot complete the service due to inaccessibility, incorrect vehicle information, or other reasons beyond our control, the booking may be subject to a no-show or cancellation fee.
